Not many people would have recognized me from my order after that brief conversation, much less gone to the trouble of calling to try to expedite my order. My (unavoidable) delay in ordering this has been really weighing on my mind, but you have made me feel hopeful that it will be in my hands before I leave town. Again, I thank you.
