When do you not get paid

Even if you have received an order confirmation from MyArtPrints.co.uk, there are exceptions when we can not issue a commission. Possible reasons for such exceptions include:

• When someone has placed a double order by mistake.

• If the customer payment isn’t processed for any reason (credit card or debit declined etc.)
• Or if you place an order yourself . This programme cannot be used as a way of gaining discount. You should contact us to take part in our business buyer programme.
