I found the service experience to be good, but when I received the order I was very disappointed with the reproduction of the colours. It looked quite different from a poster I already owned of the same painting (and although this is less reliable, it looked different from the images of the same painting I found on the internet). As a result I am unable to use the poster I ordered. Very disappointed.
